Referrals: The Chamber recieves thousands of requests each year recommendations on goods and services to be purchased in the local area.
The Chamber staff refers only Chamber members to newcomers, visitors
and area residents.*
Grand Openings: another privilege of membership; the Chamber
will help you arrange your Grand Opening accompanied by a Ribbon Cutting. The Mayor and some of our Board of Directors will be on hand to help you usher in the opening of your new business by cutting the ribbon as our staff takes
the photo and places it on our upcoming newsletter and our website.
Health Insurance: As a member of the Beverly Chamber you are eligible to access group insurance coverage.

Chamber members can get the word out about their business through
several of our marketing vehicles:
Newsletter: is designed to keep you informed on commitees, other Chamber members, and community activities. Various sections of the newsletter focus on your business and lend exposure to over 750
business contacts.
* A member profile is an in-depth description of you and your business accompanied by a logo and or photo; the copy, logo and photo is
provided by the new member.
*Our member news section promotes YOUR achievements, awards, promotions, upcoming events and seminars.
*An insert placed in our newsletter is another economical way to get
additional exposure to our readership. 750 copies, designated and
provided by you on a 8.5" x 11" paper for a mere cost of $150.
*A half page advertisement positioned on the back of our newsletter is
another very effectual, low cost avenue to reach our membership. The
price is $250 for that month's edition.
Member Highlights Email: is an extremely valuable tool sent
out each month to reach all segments of our membership.
* The member email is sent out on the FIRST FRIDAY of every month.
All of your information should be emailed to us four weeks prior to the
event.
Website: www.beverlychamber.com is a terrific resource for visitors,
area businesses, students and their families and local residents.
*Your company will be listed under our "Find a Business" section on
our website.
*The site also features a "Membership Events" section that is updated
daily with member news and upcoming events
*A new member is selected each month to be our "Featured Business"
on the website.
Networking Events: The Chamber hosts three to four networking events a month. This gives our members a chance to meet fellow members
that they would not normally have the chance to do business with.
*Coffee Connections are held from 8:00 - 9:00 am and are hosted
at member businesses. The 20 second comercial format allows everyone attending the opportunity to introduce themselves and thier business.
* After Hours are in the evening from 5:30 - 7:30 pm and are held throughout the city at a variety of member businesses. The host generally provides appetizers and wine as well as a raffle prize for the attendees!
*Seminars and Panel Discussions are informative business
related forums that give our members the chance to learn and share information in regard to current trends and technologies. |
